X2FTP's /pub/msdos/programming section is a huge resource for the MS-DOS programmer. A lot of the stuff there is not BASIC-specific but there is a lot of good information to be obtained. There is a complete index which can be downloaded from the site - I recommend downloading this and then skimming through it offline to see which files may be of interest.
