| First Impression |
Another DarkDread RPG... this one is supposed to be similar to NES RPGs (like Final Fantasy). Well, let's give it a try... Well, the graphics look okay...but whay do they have to have those stupid animations - like NES RPGs? It makes movement hard and looks kind of dumb. The sound is nice, recycled console - RPG music. The battle engine is kind of mediocre... Other highs and lows make up this okay RPG...

You've played RPGs before - this is like RPGs before they became all 3D and hi-tech. Choose from menus with numbers, space enters, arrows move...that's about it...

| Other things you should know |
According to DarkDread, he made this in a day and a half, and it was his fastest RPG yet. The story isn't that good... the dialog is okay, and the graphics are nice, but the animations blow. The sound is stolen from other RPGs.

Nicely drawn graphics with good shading and color. They are very nice, but the animations are annoying. If it wasn't for the animations, and a couple graphical imperfections, these would be perfect, but they aren't the best as-is.

This game is annoying to move around in because the constant animations makeit impossible to move the speed you would like, and move kind of spiratically. Selecting from menus by number and stuff is kind of old fashioned, but works fine.

Another DarkDread RPG story...excellent! The dialogue is funny and descriptive, plus the story is very nice, although small. It's another goood story for DarkDread to add to his archive of great RPG stories. I like this!

Another RPG...Not original (although DarkDread did start the RPG craze), nice Squaresoft music, okay graphics, good story - it could be a good RPG if more time was put in to it. For a day and a half, it is excellent!
