First Impression I've heard a lot about this game, and Dunric submitted it. I better review it... The first thing I noticed was the loud (but good) music and the okay ASCII graphics. The menuing is a bit weird, and you always have to use enter to enter your answers to questions. It's weird, but original.
What It's Like Screen 12 and screen 13 stuff. The screen 13 battle engine is pretty good, and the moving engine is ASCII based, but okay. It's screen by screen scrolling, and you have to walk around, avoiding enemies and collecting items. There is pretty good music, and the battle engine has nice graphics with their own "style".
Other things you should know This game is very unique, although it's an RPG. It has a lot of really weird stuff that I like. No random battles, the enemies run around and you have to avoid them, the nice graphics, and a very strange but good engine. I didn't play very long, but from what I saw, it's very good!

The rating
Graphics Ascii and regular screen 13 stuff. The ascii graphics aren't original. You're an "@", enemies are "M"s and everything else are just weird signs and letters. The regular graphics are top-notch! I like them a lot. They're Dunric-style. I'm not sure how to describe them, but they're very nice!
****
Sound Your average midi music. I like the "walking around songs", but the battle song needs work...
****
Plot/Story The story is kind of hidden, but it uses the story-line of Zelda. You go through different "dungeons" to collect items to do other things. You must collect some items before you can go on, and there are also other little twists and turns. Very linear, but what can I say, it's a QBRPG!?
***
Gameplay/Control Arrow keys move. Type in letters and press enter when it asks you a question, and that's just about it. The battle engine works by keypresses. It's been over-used, but people can understand it...
***
Overall Impression A little hard to understand, but once you get started, it gets a little better. Not a game that I would put on the top ten, but it's better than many games that I have seen. If you are an RPG addict, I suggest that you get this!
