I am working on a few routines to read an .INI file from a QB4.5/VBDOS program. It already reads and parses one. Now it needs to create one. I can't work on the routines now, as I am not allowed to use my computer with all my programs on it or my e-mail account. But if you would like these routines, post here.

I should be grounded for at least five more weeks. That's the next time I go to my mother's house. She has my internet, but I can do it at a place I go every weekday. The former time is when I might get my disks back. I'm not supposed to use the computer at home due to rules placed on the people who run the house. One person gives me the computer anyway behind the back of another who confiscated my disks as punishment for bringing them between the two places. As long as I don't have my disks, I can't work on this software, because those disks have the latest version of my software.

Can you use a flash drive? That might help, but I can understand why some people are wary about you introducing a virus with your disks. You should use an Anti-Virus to check all of your files.

I'd also like to see your program when your done.

I agree with burger. a flash dirive would be a good investment.

I use one for my programs. Just remember to keep everything back up on a computer. Flash drives can be easily forgotten in pockets and washed...

I have a Flash drive, but the code's on a floppy and all of my disks have been confiscated. I have only one disk left, and it doesn't have the code. And the version on my computer's hard drive is not the latest. So, I can't post or even work on it. ( again!)
