Quizzer DOS good idea?

Quizzer DOS is a program that helps study for school. It organizes information in the form of questions and answers or terms and definitions and allows you to study them and test yourself. It is designed to work in a multi-user and school environment. It has It is like Total Recall (available here, but can handle multiple users and teachers, full descriptions of subjects, organization of subjects by subject, class and chapter, and passwords. It is in its alpha stages. Is this a good idea?
