Hans Reiser, who made the ReiserFS, was arrested for circumstantial evidence against killing his wife. What really gets me is the fact that SUSE is moving away from the ReiserFS because of this. Grrr!!!

I doubt this is the main reason for suse to do what is doing.
Naturally things like this wakes up such a rumors.
