QB.LIB

I am wondering if anybody could tell me about QB.LIB and how to get it/use it, cause' I got QB from a friend and the executable is just sitting on my desktop. I dont know where to put QB.LIB(on my computer that is),How to get it(download possibly...) or how to use it in my QB programs. And whether or not it requires that weird INCLUDE$ thingy cause QB tells me "Advanced Feature Unavailable" if I try and use it.

pick the version you want and get it

Excuse me, uh Mr.Shadows, I downloaded the QB 4.5 setup and ran the SETUP.EXE. Sometime during that they asked me to insert the "Setup Disk". Obviously I dont have one. Do you know what to do to complete the installation?

You need to create floppy disk for that download.

if you download the 2nd link in the list of QB 4.X downloads that one is already installed so you should just need to download it, extract it to your C drive (C:\ the root directory) and it should be ready

with everything installed in C:\qb45

The Second download "Quick Basic 4.5 complete with examples" is the one I tried. I also tried the third one and that didnt work either.
