This old forum on n54 should be online for research, there was a huge amount of highly technical posts and resources; I made a huge program and got a lot of help from there, foremost from a guy specialized in graphics. He drew characters and told the routines for that... it was amazing.
It was in another life for me, now for example i find java script useful, to program theses ESP8266 modules.
Anyway it was a great time...
