Problems with my program

I made a game (noughts and crosses) and the computer (which you play against) is acting really stupid and i was wondering if someone could help me out please
edit:
i tried in fb but it said "unknown error. not saved as bas include header not linked" whatever i type in and compile and run (even PRINT "Hello") it says that unless its somerun elses program

Try a new copy of FB. Make sure you install it right... use VonGodrics IDE+FBC combo package to make it easyer.
