Due to a mishandle, all my execute files cannot be opened now. Who knows what I must do to be in situation to modify them anew in order that they can opens themseves after click mouse as before?

It depends the reasons why you can't execute executables anymore.

If it's a setup problem as in if you changed a configuration file that doesn't allow to execute anymore, then you probably have to log in as Adnimistrator (with all the rights) and return to a last saved configuration. If it's a security issue too a return to an old config might do the trick

if it's any other reason you probably need to reinstall
