Anybody remember Doom?

Somebody moved it over to flash. Yeah, it still is 2.5D, and runs with no lag. You can find it over at FWA.

Did anybody make a qb or fb Doom clone?

Well, I'm sure you can find some fractals somewhere in the game.

It bugs me because 2.5D doesn't exist. All 3D games are really 2D because they're displayed on a 2D screen. If it looks 3D, it IS 3D and that's just how it works. :P

Anyways, there were a couple of attempts at QB versions of DOOM but no one ever got very far. Someone even did a Quake 2 map viewer, but I never got it to work.

I like Doom better than Quake actually. I stayed up many nites late playing it. I even made a keyboard light for playing in the dark.

I don't even have a plug for a joystick on my XP.

My ole' lady tossed all of my CD's when we divorced, the bitch!

I have some Warcraft stuff now. But it is really tough!

DOOM is certainly much better than Quake, though I would argue that Quake II is slightly better than both.
