My latest project.

Post by Anima »

My latest project has been to make a first person shooter in Qbasic, but not how it's usually done. I am working on making one with ONLY qbasic code - not with any foreign engines or anything like that. I've already made my version of a 3D engine in only qbasic, and I have also made a demo, here:

http://www.petesqbsite.com/downloads/Fps.exe

Save the EXE file anywhere and it will work.

Also, tell me what you think of it!

Since I'm not that good with graphics, I dare to [see] say it looks really good. Maybe you could try to make a maze...

Shit! I can't post it on here because only qbasic will open it. And everyone knows that you can't copy and paste stuff from basic into anything that's not basic...

When you've been hanging around the linux/open-source community a lot, source can only mean one thing

Like I said... and I didn't hang around the linux-community that much... only around the Qbinux-community (hehehehe)

Hey, Looks great.

You did save it in qb-format. I'm not able to yet to send it back to ya in text-format, but as soon as I have the change, I will send it to ya.

I don't know much of 3d-graphs, but I think it's a very good start!
