snake game console

hi, im in a making of snake game and im using screen 18 in freebasic. in the main loop,i have this situation:
DO
...
counter+=1
if counter>1500 then counter=0
LOOP UNTIL ...
how do i "print" the counter value into the console window that opens when i start the game along with graphical window?
