Jack Kilby just passed away from cancer.

Jack Kilby invented the integrated circuit (microchip) used in every computer today back in the 1950's.

I'm only 14, and I even know who he is!
he invented the Integrated Circuit for computers many years ago, and was awarded the Nobel Prize in 2000 for all of the technological advances he had made

BTW, he also invented the first "real" calculator.

I wish I knew QBasic when I was taking Algebra a few months ago :x . would have made the math a lot easier, though It would have also been cheating :twisted:

I made a interesting program with QB45 and FL35. The program can solve up to 5 linear equations even with complex numbers.
