HELP! New website, desperate for help!

Post by Patz QuickBASIC Creations »

Hello, people!

I was finally thinking about making a website for PQBC (Patz QBasic Creations), but I can't do this with a one man army. If anyone could take the time out of their dreadfully busy schedule and read over it. I've got a base site at http://clix.to/pqbc. Please help!!! I will credit all people who help. Post all comments here or e-mail me @ the address on the site. Thanx again.

Sincerely,
PATZ

 To Pete: You, most of all, I want to visit my site. My site might be a ^#77hole, but please visit it. I envy your site. I am also greatful that you have such kindness to help all of us QB programmers. If you could, please help.

Looks like elephat dung with that ad....I know somebody that could "remove" that...

Well basically make it a pop-up instead of a frame then closes all pop-ups right away. At least that's how he explained it....

Interested? :D

But it does look like a good site so far, sure go for it and advertise like this on every QB forum you can get to. Also get material, lots of it! :D

Try 2GB transfer, not 300GB transfer. Plus there's a lot of IRC bots here, even though they don't actually allow it (people do it anyways), so it's flood-central.

IRC bots are programs which pretend to be users on IRC networks. They tend to consume a lot of CPU time and network bandwidth, especially when there's a lot running at once. They're also used a lot in IRC wars, which can bring down servers and sometimes entire networks due to overusage.

If you're looking for a free web host with few ads you could try www.freewebs.com
I had a site there for a year, before I bought my own domain.

Ugh..A..O..HELL...c'mon dude, all that crap is already all over the internet. Radio stations online are a dime a dozen and most of them are filtered out by AOL's "parental control" bullshit. AOL gives you a puny amount of space for your own website (most standard ISPs give far more) and chatrooms? Pulease...IRC is all you need...thousands of chat servers all across the world on scores of networks. Makes AOL's wanabe chatroom system look like the dog meat it is. :D

Anyways...I think the elephant dung option is winning.
