The device jumpers each battery so it is always connected, using some battery power.

Problem is the device is a SCAM, pure and simple! The device maker claims that many devices only work when the battery is 1.5 volts to 1.3 volts, effectively doing away with the battery usage rating curve from there to 1 volt.

In the usage chart above 1.3 volts gets the battery down to the third or barely .6 amp hours usage. What happens to the rest of the 2.2 amp hours or 11 vertical bars? The batteriser claims to get that 3/4 back!
That eliminates 3/4 of the usage and the device claims to get that 80% back by keeping the voltage at 1.5 volts.

Also how do you shut off such a battery device when it is constantly connected to each battery even when your devices are turned off?
