Forum Templates

Post by Pete »

When I originally made this site, I always intended to install a default forum template that better fits the design of the rest of the site.

But then, I opened up the site, started working on other things, and never got around to it. It kinda slipped my mind.

Do you guys think I should create a custom template for this forum so that it fits in with the rest of the site better?

Or does it not really matter?

Personly, I like the silver thing. But you know, something else WOULD be pretty awsome... mabye you could make a whole new thing, like red, gold, and silver or your school colors... who said it HAS to go with the site?

If you do I will be happy. If you don't, I will be happy. But most of the time, I use the silver template anyway...

MABYE you could make two... one that goes with the site and one that dosn't.

Do I have to much time on my hands?

I like this color,.. I have a hard time with QBNews's sometime finding the message box, (I have a rich color driver runing) corse I could swich it it looks like in the profile,. hehe,. I keep it that way so I remember witch on I'm on..

Can't see, Oh, I'm in QBNews's, I can see, I'm in Pete's... :)

Besides, (alto it prob doesn't matter), I did the citadel dark on one side and silver on the other to separate the forum part of your site to your main site, in a building form, hince Link Town....

But your site your rules,. just don't start a filter like QBNews, takes me 3 days to find my own post! :( ,.... Do you have to upgrade b4 you can post News or something?? :?

Oh well, back to me comic... 4 QBE ofcourse..

I speak little words, and I type even less.

No. This is good! You can see better. Don't change.

I hope I expressed my views well! :D

P.S. Is there something wrong with my English today? I seem to be having grammer mistakes....

Ummm...But I do type a lot so, but then if what I type in 1 lines = 10 of your lines.... ...then I type relatively little, even though my posts tend to be longer...Confusing an't it? :?

BTW...I wonder when they will develope a safe container for Thermo-Nuclear Fusion Plants...or better yet Cold Fusion Plants....

Well, I agree, if you want to do that, I have no prob.

Its your choice, but keep this templete as an option please.
I will be using this one because ITS SOOOO MUCH EASIER TO READ unlike others like QBNews.

You guys ARE aware that you can choose the theme for the forum yourself, right?

Just go to your profile.

Just because a forum has Blah as default skin, doesent mean you can't use Blipp
I have left this dump.

Ah....The famous simple words of Z!re. :D

Blah and Blipp.

Ya ok, but I still wouldn't change this unless if Pete made a better cooler one that I can still read but isn't as boring as this.

Mabey you could make something that would allow us to make our own CSS.

Just a thought.

PS I looked at the code to this site and I know it is run by a CSS recommended by HTML 4.

Ummm...Hello everthings customizable! You just got to know what your doing.

I bet with a little Javascript and .ASP Pete could make that.

I even have the source right here (right click and go to view source), I don't see a problem, just change the code (If the PHPBB group will let you).
