Forum Timeouts

Post by SlowCoder »

I keep having to re-login after attempting to post. Seems the login timeout is set very low. Any way to fix that?

for the last 2 years anyways.

i'll check the forum settingss again and see whats up but generally
nothing can be done. at least from a moderator standpoint.

burger2227 has probably got the answer. In frustration I always composed my messages in notepad and then pasted quickly. lol

I see one problem posting that is very annoying at times.

"Timeout" something or other and you have to retry to post.

No real biggie, but annoying!

Well, this is a forum, eh?

I'm actually rather excited that QB forums are still in existence, given the age of QB itself.

Appears to be working now. Hope that setting does not cause you problems. They were "Invalid session" errors, but I never was logged out.

Thanks,

Ted
