Well time to have rpg maker xp.. this is a easy rpg maker and any begineer with no programming knowledge can easily use it.. but you can make complex ones using the RSS (RUBY script editor). But it's not free...
If you want free rpg maker. try rpg maker 2000 or rpg maker 2003 and visit forums about it on www.phanxgames.com
So whatdya think?
