Anybody know of a good Chess program written entirely in Q/Quick BASIC? I'm talking about something with AI, you know, the computer plays chess with a person...
Nuts, only spam

Do you mean a two player one or one where you play against a computer?
I want to see a program like that too.

Paul, did you even read past the first question?
I've played a few DOS chess games with pretty good AI. I've forgotten their names as much better games are out now
but I'm sure that a few were written in QB and if you google around I reckon you'll find some.

Aritficial Intelligence. (Did I spell that right?)
Sorry, I should have spelled it out in my original post. I had been looking for freeware chess programs. Many descriptions included "AI" or "two player", meaning "person against computer" or "person against person" with the program acting as a chess board and judge. Anyway, I got to thinking if anyone has ever done chess in QB.
When I was in college (that was before electricity) a friend of mine did up a chess program (with AI) in Fortran. I played it a couple of times; beat it once.
