I need to make 3DS files for use in a BASIC4GL game, and don't have any clue where to get one. It must be free and the models will be 4 wheeled vehicals.

Easy get the Anim8or. It has the ability to export to 3Ds format.

All I really nead is an easy way to make and show 3D Vehicles in a BASIC compiler.

Well, I'm 15, and it's very simple to use. You just need to know how to use it. Read their model making tutorials and get the manual to get familiar with the basic features.

If you want something different, but has all the same tools, you would have to use Maya($50).
