I like Google :)

Dogpile is great too, but it's not perfect - when searching for "QBasic GUI" it finds my site once for each search engine. It would be easier to find something if they only listed each site once.
If swimming is so good for your figure, how do you explain walruses?

I use dogpile simply because I don't want to search around the 5 big sites to get one answer... With dogpile I can just do one search.

I normally use Google, but now and then I grab Pillage if I can't find what I'm looking for.

I did a quick test:
---------------Test 1-----Test 2----Test 3
Google---------*-----------2---------*
Pillage----------2----------2----------3
Dogpile---------1----------2----------3
Yahoo----------1-----------1---------3

sorry about the -'s but the spaces go somewhere

This my site rankings

NB-petes site was always above me except where rank is 1

test 1-tamigotachi+

test 2-tamigotachi

test 3-tamigotachi game

*-means the search engine didn't even find it

so in conculsion i choose dogpile/yahoo to be the best
but this is just a quick test so who knows

So far, there isn't anything I couldn't find with google. :-) atleast not as far as general searches.

If what you're looking for typically isn't on the main page or in the key words of a page, yahoo would tend to give you better results or at least more results :-).

MS is supposed to be making a new MSN search engine that is better than Google. The Beta version is available now somewhere on the net.

Pfft... the current MSN search engine takes an eternity to load on my comp. Although with a gazillion ads and other crap I don't need, it's no wonder.
