well, it should probably have its own catergory, since its different from the other ones. The description should be something like "Code frying your brains? Come in and relax for a bit.". Basically, it would be a forum where the programmers could talk about whatever they wanted, it would be a relaxed forum that wouldn't have a specific aim. There wouldn't be strict rules about posting accept perhaps something about not being negative. It would be an off topic forum I guess, but to be used for relaxing, not just posting random crap. If anyone else has any additions/edits, post 'em here. I figured it would be better if we all contribute to the idea rather than just one person.
I've got a good question. How many programmers here would join for something like this? Do you think it would attract a lot of users?

well, you have inspiration listed in the coffee house description and then you have a seperate forum called inspiration, change the description to something like, get support or something. Also, try posting this on other, more active forums, such as:
