How long can you be logged in for? It would be nice to see your status, although I only see an option to Logout or Admin there, so I assumed I was still logged in.

Now, when I log in to chat, I see a Login button and a place to Login with a password. Since I am already logged on, I can just click Login and not fill in the Login information. That might confuse some chatters. Better if it just said "Chat" instead of Login if you are logged in.

I think the login system is based on cookies and sessions, so you should stay logged in as long as you haven't cleared out your browser's cookies. I think some cookies have a ttl (time to live) too, but I'm not sure how long Wordpress' are. Sorry.

As for clicking the Chat thing to login, I could change the chat link to http://www.qbasic.com/chat/flashchat.php and then you'd go straight to the chat room if you're already logged in. The only problem would be people who are not logged in, or don't have an account.

Yes, but that is their problem. I guess having an open chat forum would create problems. We had people using proxy servers to create problems at N54.

Also you might want to join the Top 50 list at QbasicStation Mark. Jack is doing the list himself. All you have to do is add some code to your main page.

Good job,
