My latest project.

My latest project has been to make a first person shooter in Qbasic, but not how it's usually done. I am working on making one with ONLY qbasic code - not with any foreign engines or anything like that. I've already made my version of a 3D engine in only qbasic, and I have also made a demo, here:

http://www.petesqbsite.com/downloads/Fps.exe

Save the EXE file anywhere and it will work.

Also, tell me what you think of it!

I think it is a good start.

Thanks, it's actually the first 3D game I've ever done lol. :)

Oh yeah and I set up a poll for it:

EDIT: Oops the link is to the results only lol....
just click the www link for my site, it's on there...

Since I'm not that good with graphics, I dare to [see] say it looks really good. Maybe you could try to make a maze...

Yeah he does, Nathan just sometimes forget to write the whole question. Luckily he asks the essential part of his question (no offence Nathan!!)

Shit! I can't post it on here because only qbasic will open it. And everyone knows that you can't copy and paste stuff from basic into anything that's not basic...

Do you have windows? 'cause then you could open it in Notepad... and that makes you able to copy past

When you've been hanging around the linux/open-source community a lot, source can only mean one thing

Like I said... and I didn't hang around the linux-community that much... only around the Qbinux-community (hehehehe)

Hey, Looks great.

You did save it in qb-format. I'm not able to yet to send it back to ya in text-format, but as soon as I have the change, I will send it to ya.

I don't know much of 3d-graphs, but I think it's a very good start!

Yeah I know, it is 3D, I just thought by 3D graphs you mean I was using something besides QB code to make it...
