Tsugumo's website, swoo.net, has gone down -- and along with it, his pixel art series.

Luckily, I made a backup copy of it. The entire series is now available in the Tutorials section.

As HTML files:
http://www.petesqbsite.com/sections/tut ... ts/tsugumo

or as a downloadable ZIP:
http://www.petesqbsite.com/sections/tut ... sugumo.zip

Thanks to Hallifax for letting me know.

Great job, pete. You always are on top of things, even before they were over you...

Uhh... yeah... good job.

You're referring to the 3-2-1 Contact scans, I hope. Tsugumo's Pixel Art tutorials are just 1.2MB. :)

sweet!

I thought it went down years ago, and was resigned to having a poor quality .doc version without the streetfighter graphics part.

thank god someone I know has it.

Seriously, your doing amazing archival work here, I tip my mother fork hat.

Unfortunately, you missed the part about selective outlining. And the other chapter afterwards.

Are you sure there were more tutorials? I don't recall ever seeing them.

Yep. He started it back up for 2 chapters back in August or September. Odd that it went down that quickly. Who knows, he might renew the domain, he might not.

Heh, anyone got the tutorial in Temporary Internet Files, by any chance? I don't... I have my folder set to a max of 1 MB. :D

I tried to find those too...to no avail...thought I had a link once but the URL lead to nothing...(imagine first search result pages, 404 error) so far the rest of my efforts have produced no results. but I'm not giving up Yet. :).
