Another attempt at Spam Control

Now, when "QB News" forms are submitted, they are emailed directly to me. They are no longer added to the database at all.
Since 90% of the posts to QB News were spam posts by the same spammer, this will hopefully prevent the spam from ever showing up on the site.
It will mean more spam and work for me, but will also prevent the database from getting corrupted again by the spam, and should eliminate the spam posts for the time being. Hopefully the spammer will not decide to configure his spambot to take advantage of the other submission forms on the site.
