Yes folks, the <a href="/sections/express/issue9/index.html">APRIL issue</a> of QB Express is finally available! Sorry about the delay -- but I'm sure you'll agree that it was worth the wait.<br><br>This issue features nine tutorials, four game reviews, several editorials, all the latest QB / FB news. The tutorials include "I.F.
