Actually, now it's looking like tomorrow...

I'm still missing a lot of articles, and I've got a lot of my own stuff to write too.

Plus I just can't seem to drag myself away from Half Life 2.

But yeah, it will be out soon enough. Don't you worry.

aww, I was looking forward to seeing my name in print, alas, I can wait :D

Those lazy writers, I've nearly finished part 2 of my tutorial, heh. Trying to get it done before school starts up again.

Last call for submissions!!

The new issue comes out tomorrow, and it's looking a little thinner than usual, content-wise.

Here's what has been submitted:

-Coding, the way it was MEANT to be - Oz
-BASIC GOES MOBILE - Matthew R. Knight
    -QBTK Compo Article - Pyrodap
-QBCPC Article - Adigun A. polack
-Roguelikes 2 - Jocke The Beast
    -Interview - Piptol
    -PHP Tutorial - 19day
    -Useful Math - Marinedalek
-GUI Series Part 2 - VonGodric
    -Joe's Pointless Points 2 - Joe King
-Error Handling - Jan van de Poll

And here are articles that never came in:

-File Access Tutorial Part 2 - MystikShadows
    -Game review - Oz
    -QBNow! Vol. 2 Part 1 - Neo
-Article on upcoming project - Neo
-Bobby The QBasic Maniac comic - Matt2Jones
-"Screen 13 Manipulation" Tutorial - Nemesis
-Scripting Series Part 2 - Chaoticmass
    -Character Design Tutorial - Levi
    -FreeBasic Effects Tutorial - Relsoft

A bit disappointing, but don't worry, there's still time!

The new issue will be out tomorrow, unless something happens. I'm very tempted to push this back another day if people email me and tell me that they'll have stuff ready. I don't want to release a sub-par issue.

Anyway, If you've got ANYTHING you'd like to submit, send it in! I'll still take things up until the moment I upload the magazine.

There's still time!

I do believe that I also promised an article that I never wrote :) Sorry about that BTW - christmas time and all that. It should be ready for the next issue. It was going to be on making a z code interpreter in QB.

So Matt's wrote an article? What's that about?

Chaotic Harmony: No problem -- I actually completely forgot about it.

I'm working on the new issue right now... it's finally moving along, though I have quite a bit more to do. I'm guessing it should be up in about five or six hours -- but who knows, I have family friends coming over soon so that might push it back a bit.

At any rate, I WILL release this issue BEFORE I go to sleep tonight, even if I have to stay up for most of the night. :)

Hey, don't kill yourself at it or anything. Nobody's going to mind if you're a few days late!

Hold yer horses, I'm working on it!

You know, this magazine takes like 40 hours to put together every month if I add up all the time I spend on it...that's a full work week.

It'll be up soon enough.

Sorry Pete

Didn't get to submit my tutorial on time since I had 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthetic, which followed a few days of pure hell. :? Not recommended! (remove them 2 at a time if you need to)

But issue #5 looks like it's the best one yet! Hopefully I can finish my submission for issue #6 on time.
