Pete's QBASIC Site

I have some difficulties to use the QMIDI program not in inself but with a batch file.If somebody knows well that program or the author, could help me either in answering or communicate an active e-mail address.
Basically I entered the batch file in DOS but when I try to read it
(edit test.bat) I get the following message:
Mistake at file loading <Mouse.qlb>
