Problems Downloading qb64

I d/l qb64 and I see qb64v1000-win.zip in my Downloads folder on a Windows 10 desktop pc.
I highlighted that file and clicked "Extract all" button.
I accepted the indicated destination file and clicked Extract.
A copying process started.
But the progress meter indicated that the time-remaining was something like 15 hours! Could that be right? Am I doing something obviously wrong?
