How to change icon at top left corner and name?

How do I? I have an idea for the name...but the icon I have no idea...

You mean the MSDOS icon on the top bar of a non-maximized DOS window?

If so, forget it.

I once knew how to change the text via SHELL and could find it, but I see that you already have an idea of that.

ok nvm my plan didnt work...I used the SHELL "Title something" but didnt work.

SHELL "cmd /c title zzzzz"
