oopsy....rookie mistake
it was in a section ABOVE lanips:
i had a double subtraction going on in a formula
IE
blah = int(blah - blah - - blah - blah)
so the error msg must print out the next line
after the KABOOM?
sigh....

when i run make standalone EXE
i assumed that since it prints lanips it meant that section?

hmmm i removed all the lets, i tried LONG VS INT i tried making numbers smaller IE...99999 /4 = mini tons = tons /4 if tons > mini then blah blah blah... then i even removed EVERYTHING so it was blank IE... lanips: RETURN and it still gave me that same error.... could i have too many lines of code? ...

I would save the location of boxes and pyres.. Then make sure the player was placed a certain distance from them.. If a box can only be max 100 wide or long.. and a pyre can only have a max radius of 40.. then you should make sure the player is more than 100 away from any pyre or box thanks that he...

okay here we go... there is a tank game made by someone else the map you play on has boxes pyramids and teleporters... what i am trying to do is make a random map maker for it..so far it works for the boxes and pyr's fine even if the get placed on the same or close to the same spot the game allows t...

while were on random numbers lets talk ranges again a normal range thing is x = int(rnd * x) +1 or without the +1 such as if i want a range from 0 to 200 i do x = int(rnd * 200) or x = int(rnd *200)+1 what if i want a range of -200 to +200 how do i do that? as i dont see how to generate a negative n...
