Consider this as an addition to the news article you see above: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The guys on the QBasic News board aren't too receptive of the new Semerkoala site /message board. (The following quotes are from QBasic News.) Barok said: "w...

Guys, could you fill me in on this?

I know Mike used to own QB45.com until the big crash... does he still technically own it and you guys have mutinied? Or did you buy if from him? Or has he willingly given it up to the message board community?

What's the deal?

No problem! (And don't worry, a 1.5 star out of 5 rating actually isn't bad! Keep in mind that I rate sites on a 0 to 5 scale where the scale is set by huge sites with tons of content like V Planet! and QBasic News...that leaves smaller sites that have less content with a lower score simply by means...

Yeah, I'll definitely link to your site!

You can find linking buttons here:

(Those are two very old buttons...I hope to make a few new ones soon. For now, though, those ones will do the job.)

Thanks for visiting!

Thanks for the info! I've updated the article so that the information is correct (as far as I can tell). I guess I should have done some more research before I wrote that!

Glad to hear QB45.com is finally making a comeback!

Heheh, thanks a lot!

BTW, those broken links you were referring to on the QB News board... do you remember what any of them were? (Because now I have a nifty way to take care of broken links without deleting them forever...THE GRAVEYARD)

Anyways, thanks again!

The TWIGZ Engine looks pretty neat... is anybody gonna use it to make a game? I personally have never seen a point-and-click adventure game written in QB. Actually, the closest thing I can think of is a little demo called Move!! by Rizzler. (There's a review of it on this site... it's under t...
