New QB GUI Site

I am planning on making a racing game in FB. I have some top down graphics for the cars and would like then to be able to rotate and turn but I don't want to make a whole separate image for every angle. QBASIC SVGA in Windows XP
For my GUI I need an SVGA Library It also has to work in Windows XP. I tried to use FreeBASIC for DOS but it only works on one of my 7 PCs! ANy help?

F+ NetSite
I make (in QB) a browser called F+ NetSite it uses a program called GetNET to get data from the internet. It doesn't read HTML but has its own scripting language. Serial Port
I have 2 PCs and a cable to connect PCs through the serial port. The cable works with the PCs(It worked with File and setings transfer wizard. I would like to use it with QBasic to send variables back and forth. How do I do this?

Most of the Qmunity doesn't know me. I have made a few versions of my GUI, Fun500. I have always wanted to make 3D. I have DarkBASIC but It isn't that great. I have seen syn9's 3d stuf and other 3d stuff made in FreeBASIC and I would really like to make car game like them but have no Idea what to do...

Oops I ment controllers! They have a D-Pad 8 buttons and 2 analogs. (The stick program doesn't work with them)

I have a couple of joysticks and an of Win98 PC that I want to make a game on. I as guessing to use the joysticks in my program I would have to use ASM but how do I do this?
