Looks like games.qbasic.com was hit with the same spam-attack vulnerability we were hit with awhile back. To remedy it, you have to clean your source files, and then update all of your web system software, mainly php and mysql (if applicable), as well as (usually) apache itself. This particular atta...

Mark, my company would be willing to host qbasic.com, and likely for less than it's being hosted for now. If you let me know the requirements, I could have you set up in very little time. We are one of Puerto Rico's only private web hosting companies, and own and rent servers all over the world in a...

It almost didn't come out. But between Lachie looking forward to it and my wife repeatedly telling me that it was a good game, I decided to pull it out of retirement and not only release it but complete it. So the final version will be out sometime in early 2009.

Not sure what else you could try, except searching the registry for the Value of "BAS File" and changing it to whatever you need to change it to.

Yeah, that's what it's about. What a fork flip-flop though..."we will vote for a black president but to hell with those damn Gay". While the battle may have been won, the war is far from over.

Very happy with the results of the presidential election as well as the governor and municipals down here in PR, but disgusted with the number of states that voted Yes on Prop 8. What a sickening display of bigotry and discrimination in a country that claims to be the land of the free.

Nodtveidt: How do I get to regedit, and then to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.bas. Then, how do I replace that with the proper code so that the type will say, "QuickBASIC source code:? Okay, go to the Run option in your start menu, and type "regedit". It will bring you to the registry editor. O...
