Ah, quantum encryption. You think your data is safe, until you realize the hacker is sitting behind you.

In theory, I think it is possible to make it literally unbreakable, but I have not been keeping up to date.

From what others have told me, especially in a few forums she moderated it does sound like a Zip. But, Zire had a lot of better things to do, I would think, than loafing in a QB place. Either way they know their stuff code and hacking wise. FB Nazi admins. chased Z!re away. I love tough women! Ted ...

Zip is definitely an old-timer, around the network54 forum off and on for many years. just looking through the pages of the forum I just now found a post from him/her from 2000. He/she is a skilled QBASIC and assembly programmer, claims to be 25, and lived, and might still live, in Kansas. Several ...

Powerful? what is so powerful about Qbasic, nothing at all. Name one thing that sets apart from anyother language besides the fact is sucks. You people say its so easy to learn but the syntax is so shitty it makes is more complex to understand than it needs to be. You apparently have never programm...

Oi, take that back. Image

I don't know about anybody else, but QB is a helluvalot easier to learn than Java/C++/anything-with-.net . That, and the graphics are ready to go, and are dead easy to use.

You can always consider scrolling. Already implemented :D. I didn't even have a choice. Might expand some more. I've got to put down two sets of 100 5*3 tanks, a median, peoples in between, a menu, and of course, border scenery. Right now I'm working on drawing the arena and scenery. After that, th...

Aghr. 80*60 isn't enough room. I'm working with a 220 * 100 arena.

Oh well. Just means the player will have to pay more attention.

Any bit depth is allowed. Just not sure why would you prefer 24bit in this case. Anyway, I've heard some urban legends that it really doesn't exists, and that it's really same as 32bit. Backwards. RGB, 3 color thingies. 256 (8 bits) each. 8 bits * 3 = 24 bits per pixel. I read that the extra 8 bits...

If I have the time, I'll give it a quick shot. I have a text based game on my calc that's sorta interesting, I could use that, with a little extra graphics sprinkled in.

[edit] What about 24 bit depth?

Save a 32*32 picture as an .ICO file. That's an Icon, and it'll work. Except for the fact it keeps on forgetting my icon, but that's just me.
