If you unplug a device such as your mouse/keyboard and plug it back into the system while the machine is still ON, you wont be able to use it til restart.

If this isn't the case, then I have no clue.

I never planned to develop for 64 bit machines and once the world turns over to them I'll just stop developing. I hate x64 based computers.

Hello, and if you read the title you know that I'm new to the forums here and I hope to have a long and prosperous stay. OK, now that that's done, on to the main reason why I'm here.
