i am sure those files do not belong to QB45, QB71 or visbasic for ms-dos. it's normal when a webmaster upload a compiler forget to erase personal files or files which belong to another utilities.
QB45 has the file qb45advr.hlp but it is not object file (*.obj).

there is compiler 99% compatible with the quickbasics called Quickforward at,

but it is no more available, i would like to find it in the web to download it.
do you have an idea where i could find that compiler?
