So, the not knowing what they're getting problem could be solved with a sample passage, and the unnecessary waste of time problem could be solved by very clearly outlining the steps needed to access (and streamlining the system!).

Tis true the tutorial receives the majority of everyday traffic via Google searches, so I suppose this visitor segment won't take kindly to an access fee.
