M$ screwed up the latest updates to Windows 10 too!

Try reinstalling DOSBOX

I'm running qb64 with Windows 7 under the DOSBOX emulator. The latest Windows update played havoc with my system and screwed up my QB sandbox. Anybody else suffering from this curse?

This is a common rule at most programming forums, not just this one.

You can post your code that you have attempted and we can try to help you with problems you are having.

Member posts that supply FULL homework code solutions will be removed!

We are interested in helping you learn programming and help you develop better programs here.

Remember that you are cheating yourself and your classmates otherwise. Feel free to look through the forums for code that can help you, but keep in mind that your teacher will probably be able to see that you "borrowed" code if it is beyond your present learning level.

If you are having problems posting code and it uses >, <, >= or <=
then check Disable HTML in this post check box BEFORE posting.

Otherwise parts of the code may be moved or missing!

Also we have found that previewing a post prevents most Invalid Session Errors. Also try logging in with the Stay logged in check box checked. Some antivirus software will eliminate the cookie required here also.

Give it a try! Otherwise it may take away your Signature and the option to include it. Then you have to go edit it again to try to get it back in the post.

Garry have you tried freebasic?
Not really, I did sort of, I managed to do a hello world, then I started with
qbasic, which led too qb64,...
Sorry my response, is kind of out of date,...usually I get a e-mail notice of any replys, but never did ,just noticed now your question,..I amy sometime
try some more with FB, just to see,...how it is

hi, im in a making of snake game and im using screen 18 in freebasic. in the main loop,i have this situation:
DO
...
counter+=1
if counter>1500 then counter=0
LOOP UNTIL ...
how do i "print" the counter value into the console window that opens when i start the game along with graphical window?
